As such, they needed a partner with the durability and reliability of Columbia Winches & Hoists to provide an AC Electric Winch for long-term usage as a pipe spooling winch. The customer has attempted to use lower-quality winches, but they failed quickly based on the duty cycle. The replacement Columbia units have been working since 2014 without any problems.
